Granulation section comprises of :-
  • 2x250 ltrs. Capacity Rapid Mixer Granulator
  • 250 Kgs, 120 Kgs.Capacity Fluidized Bed Drier
  • 890 Kgs Octagonal Blender
  • All together gives output of 2300-2500 kgs. granules per shift.
The Compression section has:-
  • 4 Double rotary compression machines
  • We have three 27 stations and one 35 station machines.
  • Altogether they give an output of 30 Lac tablets per Shift.
The unique coating section facility enables Scott-Edil to get a good quality of film & enteric coated tablets.
The Department has: 36” coating machine Fully automatic auto-coater
